The State Government Badge applies to all departments, commissions and all statutory authorities other than those listed in Schedule 1 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994.
In certain circumstances, departments will be permitted to enter co-badging arrangements, subject to approval from DPC’s Common Badging Committee. Note that approvals granted to agencies under previous common badging arrangements will still apply, provided the State Government Badge is appropriately utilised.
Agencies with co-badging rights should refer to the WA State Government Badge Style Guide for direction on positioning and presentation of the State Government Badge.
